Chauhan Public School provides the facility of transportation for students at minimum charges by running school buses in every area of the city and the near by villages at the range of 30 kms. All the buses are equipped with comfortable seats and proper ventilation. AU the drivers and helpers are courteous and well trained for the profession.
1.All students using the school bus are expected to be at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the arrival time of the bus. Also note that the buses, will not wait for the late comers.
2.The stoppages are prepared keeping in view the safety of all bus commuters, hence do not ask the drivers to make any changes In the stoppages.
3.Students will be held responsible for any damage to buses caused by negligence or vandalism.
4.The Drivers attention must not be distracted while driving.
5.Students are not allowed to eat while commuting in the school bus. Bus conductors have all the right to stop students from doing so.
6.Transport related complaints must be lodged in writing with the Transpor Manager.
7.To avoid any kind of confusion students have to board the buses as soon as the school gets over. It would be the responsibility of the parents to pick up their children from the campus if they do not board the buses on time.
8.Parents changing residence outside the predetermined route shall inform the school authority. Any realignment of route shall be made only when it is not inconvenient to plying of the bus. Otherwise parents shall have to avail the nearest bus stoppage.
9.Parents will not misbehave with the driver or conductor of the bus for any reason whatsoever. However for any serious lapse/s on their part, parents may lodge a written complaint with the school authority.
10.The school authority shall not be responsible for late arrival of bus at the stoppage due to sudden traffic jam/sudden break down of the bus. However students so held up will be allowed to join their class and full attendeance will be given for the lost period.
11.In the event of sudden declaration of holiday/bandh. Parents are requested to see the NEWS channel on TV or contact the Transport manager over phone or call on the mobile number of the respective bus driver.
